 Salt Marshes of Guérande to the Seaside Town of Le Croisic.  Our tour is coming to en end but we have magnificent weather for our last day on the Wild Coast. 

The Dogs of Concarneau

 The open-air market in Concarneau happens every Friday morning at the port basin near the bridge to the 'Ville Close'.  We stumbled upon this rich display of fresh fruits and vegetables to also find that the dogs are welcome everywhere-on leash, like a social event.  Les chiens on display.  We stopped to meet almost every dog -complimenting them, "Si Beau, tres belle"...and their humans responded in kind, stopping to say hello.  On to the walled city where the winding cobbled streets were filled with tourists shopping for Breton souvenirs and local handicrafts.  Marty found a shop selling French made knives and asked to see them.  One by one the shopkeeper brought them out behind double locked glass, then locked them up again.  It made the process take a long time but understandable with all the tourists snaking through the narrow isles and handling everything.   A perfect souvenir collector's knife was chosen and we found sorbet before heading back to the bike t
